1.There should be no fewer than 2 personnel for the test. The relevant safety operation regulations for high-voltage tests must be strictly followed during use.
2.In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the test,in addition to being familiar with the product manual, the test operation must also strictly adhere to the national standards and regulations.
3.When opening the packaging, the personnel should check the equipment according to the packing list.If any discrepancies are found, they should immediately contact the relevant personnel.
4.The AC Resonant Test System should be operated by professional personnel for high-voltage tests. Before use,the user should carefully read the instructions and undergo repeated operation training.
5.When using the AC Resonant Test System,if high voltage is output,it must be reliably grounded to ensure operational safety.
6.The connection lines must not be connected incorrectly. The wiring must be connected according to the circuit diagram on the"Precautions"to avoid damage to the test equipment.
7.Whether conducting a test on the test sample or a no-load test, the section below the reactor must be insulated from the ground with an insulating bracket.
8.Before conducting a test on the test sample, perform a no-load test on the equipment with a test voltage of 80%of the rated voltage.
II.Precautions During the Test
1.During the test, the distance between the variable frequency power supply and the reactor should be as large as possible to avoid safety accidents.
2.The variable frequency power supply part of the AC Resonant Test System is in the form of a touch screen. When operating the screen, the actions should be gentle.Exerting excessive force or operating at too high a speed may result in the inability to enter the next menu or start the machine. In such cases, press the reset button to return to the main menu, wait for 5 seconds, and then start again,or directly turn off the power and restart.
3.When setting the parameters for the equipment, the"Device Voltage"cannot be changed. The"Device Voltage"is set during the factory test and is matched with the divider.Changing the"Device Voltage"will alter the divider's sampled signal, leading to potential overestimation or underestimation of the test voltage, which will have a certain impact on the withstand voltage test of the test sample. Therefore, the personnel should record the"Device Voltage"when the equipment is turned on to avoid accidental changes and for easy reference and modification.
4.When conducting tests on test samples with large capacitance or high losses, such as"generators,large-capacity motors, cables over 1.5km,"with a low system Q value, set the"Output Voltage"between 30V and 50V.In general, the"Output Voltage"is set between 10V and 20V.For tests on cables below 10kV and lengths within 500m,a lower excitation voltage should be selected, with the"Output Voltage"set to 10V.Otherwise,during the search for the resonance point, the test voltage may exceed the rated withstand voltage of the test sample. In this case, with a high system Q value,it is easy to cause the test sample to breakdown.
