Advantages

The system provides two sets of operation modes(microcomputer operation mode and button operation mode),and the two operation modes are interlocked with each other;
The system is composed of two independent systems(Higher voltage levels can be customized):
10kV system:
  1. Complete no-load,load,power frequency and induction tests for transformers with a capacity of 10k and below 2500kVA
35kV system:
  1. Complete no-load,load,power frequency,induction and temperature rise tests for transformers with a capacity of 2500kVA and below at a voltage of 35k
  2. Monitoring of necessary parameters such as input power voltage,input current,test voltage,and test current;
  3. The switching operation of voltage and current ranges for no-load and load tests is interlocked,and when one range is engaged,other range operations are invalid.The current range needs to be reset before using other ranges;the same is true for voltage ranges;
  4. Perfect overvoltage/overcurrent protection mechanism,effectively protecting equipment and tested objects;
  5. Input/output control of the intermediate transformer;
  6. In the microcomputer mode,only the mouse is required to be clicked to operate external devices such as the voltage regulator and transformer range switch.To prevent misoperations,button operations are automatically disabled in this mode of operation.

Description

The transformer integrated test system (can be customized)can be used for comprehensive testing and detection of  dry and oil transformers.  The system has two operation modes (two operation modes are interlocked and can only work under one operation mode).  The transformer integrated test bench has a button operation mode and a microcomputer operation mode. This operation mode can be completed by clicking the mouse on the computer display. All operations are executed by the system PLC to start its command execution unit to complete the test. In addition, the system is also equipped with a video monitoring system to monitor its test area, making it safer and more reliable. The system integrates test one-time wiring, test control, monitoring, measurement, protection, display, data acquisition, analysis and processing, measurement control, storage, printing, protection into one.  The entire test process is automatically completed, with outstanding advantages of high efficiency and high precision.
